Hi Country Haus

About HCHCIRA


Nestled along the Fraser River in Winter Park, Colorado is the Hi Country Haus Condominium Community. The Hi Country Haus Community Improvement & Recreation Association, Inc. (HCHCIRA) provides services and facilities common to all members of the community.

While the Rec Association overseas common areas, each building is independently managed. Please contact individual owners for information on renting or owning within a building.


Hours:  6:00 am to 10:00 pm everyday.

 

NOTICES:
  • September 23, 2018 - HCH CIRA Board Meeting
    9:30am @ Hi Country Haus Rec Center
  • July 2015 - Rec Center timeline: Demolition/Construction is in full swing. While construction will go into the first quarter of year, we are working to have the pool and accessway into the pool available for owners/guests in late December. The remainder of the building interior construction will wrap up in Q1 2016.
  • June 2015 - Rec Center Demolition has begun: The demolition of the rec center building has begun. The pool shell will remain in place, and the deck/building frame around it removed.
  • May 2015 - Rec Center Contract Negotiations: Contract negotiations with the General Contractor and sub-contractors is wrapping up.
  • December 17, 2014 - Assessment Reminder Letter to Homeowners: Reminder that the HCH CIRA assessment for the Rec Center is coming up. First installment is due on 1/1/2015 Read more HERE.
  • August 2, 2014 - Letter to Homeowners: This is a follow up from the HCH CIRA annual meeting that was held on June 21, 2014. The delegates voted on the options for the recreation center. Option 3 (rebuild with indoor pool) is the option that passed.   • Stay Informed: The Town of Winter Park has hired Van Meter, Williams Pollack, LLC to prepare a conceptual master site plan for redevelopment of Sitzmark Properties that border Hi Country Haus. Read more HERE
